This apartment building located in Neve Zedek is a high end 1300 sqm building. It consists of three apartments each containing a pool, elevator and multiple floors. The design intention was to integrate into the Neve Zedek neighborhood while creating a modern facade. The building has basement parking and modern communal lobby. The building in currently under construction. Each detail was carefully designed and drafted to high end and innovative standards.
